We have deployed our web tool to help laboratories analyze the COVID-19 RT-PCR tests. Due to lockdown in many countries, the virus is mutating differently in various parts of the world. Because of this, some tests may be effective in one country and irrelevant in another. That is exactly why we developed our tool to help laboratories verify their potential tests against the analysis of our virus’s genome database.

Because of independent mutations and lockdowns, SARS-CoV-2 is appearing in different mutations in various regions. This visualization can help to determine what the test effectiveness is based on location

Estimate mutation robustness

Our machine learning models calculate the probabilities of future mutations in specific regions in genome. Based on that, we are able to show the sensitivity of PCR test in the following months, which can be seen on the graphs here.

Our solutions were recognized in multiple contests

We won the 1st prize in “Applications of Tomorrow”, competition organised by Polish Development Fund and were called the most promising healthcare startup in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are the winners of EuvsVirus hackathon - we were recognized by the European Commission as one of the 117 projects in Europe that can change the course of the COVID-19 outbreak.

We have won 2nd prize during a prestigious Researchathon organised by Stanford University.

Our work started during hackathon Hack the Crisis: Tech for Good, where we managed to win the main prize.
